I would like to measure the CPU usage and obtain the average CPU utilization, similar to what is displayed as "Utilization" in the Task Manager.
I have tried the suggested System.ini options. But, it seems to measure only one of my logical processors instead of the Overall utilization.

I also tested the Measure=CPU code on its own and with the Processor=0 option, but both gave the same result.
My CPU is an Intel i7-14700.
What could be the issue? I would greatly appreciate your help!
