WriteKeyValue saying file not found?

As usual, I've made things more complicated than is the norm! :D

I have skin A with a minimise button on it. This loads a new minimised skin, in the same folder, but before it does that, it is supposed to write the value of the current file name to a the variable Expand in skin B, the minimised skin.

Trouble is, I keep getting an error:
!WriteKeyValue: File not found: ...Skins\Utilities\AppUpdateCheck\- (Utilities\AppUpdateCheck\VST - FB, 6S, YA, Gvst.ini)

I know the skin needs refreshing before it can use the new variable, so I added that. I also tried adding it before activating the new skin, but that makes things worse!

Here's the 'button' code for the skin to writekey, activate, then refresh:

Code:

[Collapse]Meter=StringMeterStyle=sSegoe | sHighlightFontSize=12Text=[\xEDD7]LeftMouseUpAction=[!WriteKeyValue Variables Expand #CURRENTFILE# "#CURRENTPATH#Minimise.ini"][!ActivateConfig #CURRENTCONFIG# "Minimise.ini"][!Refresh]ToolTipText=#CURRENTSECTION#DynamicVariables=1X=355Y=16
Everything is working, except this variable refuses to be written to the file. I've gone over and over it and can't see what I'm doing wrong, so if you could point out my error please, thanks. :thumbup:
